I’m so excited to show what I’ve been working on over the past several months, and what I’ll be teaching at the @jamboreedenver this July! 🤗🎊

This summer I’ll be posting and expanding on each of these mechanics as well as the space (grid/planes) you’ll be creating in.

I wanted to break down hooping to it’s core, so I could better understand my flow as well as teach 🤓 The product of that embarkment isn’t really ‘new’ tricks, but more of a method, or organized way to think of flow.
So I’m going to simply call it ‘Hoop Theory’
