but can also change from minute to minute if you’re experimenting with new moves, or just discovering a new groove when hooping to music, or getting in some solid practice time.
You may start a flow session with a song or rhythm that changes halfway through and decide to switch to a different hoop.

Swap to a smaller size or weight hoop to be able to move and respond faster to changes.
Swap to larger hoop to find a slower and easier rhythm that allows you to relax more and jam to the music.
