What does “OD” mean? I see it next to all the measurements…
How Can We Help?
ID = Inner Diameter – measured from the inside edges of the tubing across the widest part of the hoop
OD = Outer Diameter – measured from the outside edges of the tubing across the widest part of the hoop
MoodHoops measures all hoops and tubing thicknesses using the Outer Diameter measurement (OD).
Since tubing has both an Outer Diameter and an Inner Diameter, you may see other hoop companies refer to sizes by ID rather than OD.
