To request tracking info, use the Contact form and select Shipping Question, then Request Tracking.
If your order has shipped you should have received an email with tracking information at the email address provided for the order.
If you made an account on our website you should be able to sign in and view the tracking from your Order History.
If your order has not yet shipped there is no tracking info we’re able to provide yet. You will get a shipping confirmation within 1-5 business days, depending on which shipping method you chose.
Once you’ve been emailed the tracking info, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be updated once it’s left our workshop. Keep in mind that shipping updates and delivery times are relative to business days being Monday – Friday.
During the holidays the different shipping carriers are dealing with a very high volume of packages, so it may take longer than usual to see updates on the tracking.
Sometimes the tracking will show a scheduled delivery date that’s faster than what’s stated on our website’s Shipping page. The delivery time frames on the Shipping page are what we go by before we would consider a package being delayed or lost in transit.
