Idle Mode

IdleHoopFolder: If enabled, causes hoop to switch to an “idle” animation. Specify a folder name containing the idle animation bitmap.

IdleHoopTime: If IdleHoopFolder is enabled, sets the number of seconds before the hoop will begin to idle.
