Why is there a Pending charge on my account? It looks like I got charged twice!
If the charge shows as Pending on your statement this is just an authorization charge that should fall off your account as soon as the transaction is posted as a debit to your account. This may sometimes show as having two charges, the pending charge and the actual debit, but the pending charge should fall off in a couple of days once the actual transaction clears.

If you think you have been double charged you can contact your bank to confirm if only one charge has been posted. You can also login to your Moodhoops customer account to see if more than one order has been placed.
