Motifs are detailed patterns that let you customize colors and animation settings. Any Motif can have a Spiral layer display on top of it at the same time for neat effects.
Motif on/off – Toggles the Motif layer visibility. You can only turn off the Motif layer if the Spiral layer is on. If both layers are on, the last one turned on has access to the color buttons.
Size – Controls the whether a motif appears more “squashed” or more “stretched”, which is also affected by how fast the hoop is moving. Cycle between 4 settings, including one that oscillates the size.
Invert – All the black space is filled in by the dominant color, and all the colors are filled in with black space.
Quick Select – Press Quick Select followed by a number button to jump to different patterns in the Motif menu order without pressing Next dozens of times.
Next – Loads the next Motif and blinks the color of the section of the Motif menu you are in. The color blink can help you roughly memorize where to find specific Motifs.
