Address Change? - Use this form if your order has not yet shipped.

If your hoop has already shipped out, but you needed to make an Address Change, please select "Tracking Info says 'Return to Sender.'"

When your order has shipped, your tracking info will be automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. For more information, see this FAQ, and consult the build and ship times listed on the Shipping page.

We're unable to change the email address where the tracking is sent to, as this is handled automatically.
Unconfirmed addresses will not delay your order in any way. Your package will still be shipped to the provided shipping address.
For orders outside the US and Canada, please use the International Order Form page.

Correct billing address needed (change shipping address on next page)

If you're having difficulty checking out through PayPal, this may be because the billing address of your credit/debit card was not entered correctly on the first page of payment info.

On the first page of checkout details, where the address and credit card information is entered, provide the billing address as it's listed on your credit card statement. Once you submit your billing information, you'll have the option to change your shipping address and do a final confirmation of your order.
