When your order has shipped, your tracking info will be automatically sent to the email address used at checkout.
One hoop, with USA Standard shipping, is $15. Additional hoops ship for $10 each.
For orders outside the US and Canada, please use the International Order Form.
Each hoop is hand-crafted here in the USA and must be built before it ships out.
Build times according to shipping method selected:
Express – ships within 1 business day after the order is placed.
Priority – ships within 2 business days after the order is placed.
Standard – ships within 4 business days after the order is placed. For time sensitive orders, please choose Express.
Business days do not include holidays or the weekends.
After your hoop has shipped, these are the transit times for each shipping method:
- USA Standard (3-6 bus. days) [$15]
- USA Priority (2-4 bus. days): +$10
- USA Express (1-2 bus. days): +$40
- Canada Standard (6-12 bus. days): +$20
- Canada Express (3-7 bus. days): +$50
We ship your hoops using the US Postal Service to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, the US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), Canada, and around the world! Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and to APO addresses may take up to 4 business days longer in transit.
Signature Confirmation will be used on most all hoop order packages sent to an apartment, suite, business, dorm, or floor number. If someone isn’t available to receive the package, a small peach colored notice from you mail carrier will be left. The package may have one more attempt for redeliver the next day, or can be picked up at your local Post Office. Adding Signature Confirmation to any package is at our discretion.
Customers outside of the US please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or levies that your country may impose on your shipment, as this is handled within the country of receipt. We have absolutely no control or jurisdiction over your government’s duty/tax assessment or whether a duty/tax is assessed at all (for many shipments a duty/tax is not charged). We are required by US and international laws to list all purchases as merchandise at full cost and so, per the law, we cannot state on customs forms that purchases are gifts or change the purchase amount.
