Reflective tape hoops shine when a flash or light source is pointed directly at the tape, creating a stunning light-reactive effect. It's important to note that reflective tape hoops are not LED hoops, and they do not illuminate the hooper.
The person hooping will not be able to see the full glowing effects while hooping. The reflected light reflects back towards the light sources. Position the lights in front of the audience or near the camera recording the action for best results.
These hoops were created by layering our translucent Indigo Sunrise Color-Morph Tape over a reflective tape base. The reflective layer shines brightly when illuminated by a camera flash or direct light source, while the Indigo Sunrise overlay adds an iridescent color-shifting finish. Each reflective tape color creates a different result beneath the overlay, making it easy to create a custom combination with its own unique glow.

MoodHoops previously offered these as finished taped hoop styles. While we no longer sell pre-taped hoops, you can recreate the effect on hoops, flow props, and other creative projects by purchasing the tapes separately and layering Indigo Sunrise over the reflective tape of your choice.
