Designed for flow artists, performers, photographers, and lovers of luminous objects, the Star creates a striking visual presence for off-body moves, themed events, nighttime flow, and content creation. Its shape stays recognizable even in motion blur, low light, and wide shots.
Each PixelHoop Star is individually assembled from precision-shaped tubing sections with carefully aligned connection points, detailed hand-finishing, and meticulous internal light routing.
As it moves, the Star’s sharp angles and layered points create geometric light trails unlike a traditional circular hoop, making it feel equal parts LED flow prop, glowing sculpture, and celestial statement piece.
Patterns are grouped into modes for easy navigation. At the start of each mode, the hoop will begin a 6-second autoplay of the patterns in that mode. Use the color 7-key remote control to navigate modes and settings.
Sizing and Tubing Details:
The PixelHoop Star comes with bare tubing, but can be lightly sanded or have a layer of hoop wax added along the inner ring of the hoop for extra grip.
A Hoop Wax Heart & sandpaper are included so you can customize your grip
Sanding and hoop wax is clear and doesn’t block the signal from the remote control.
If adding grip tape onto your hoop, it’s best not to use too much with the PixelHoop, as grip tape (whether in black or white) can block the signal from the remote control to the hoop.
Please make sure you want to keep the hoop before sanding the tubing. Hoop Wax can be applied then removed, but sanding permanently scuffs the tubing.
