4 Orange LEDs – Calibrate Motion Sensor (video)
How Can We Help?
If you see 4 orange LEDs it means the motion sensor in the hoop needs to be re-calibrated. This is a glitch from the earliest version of the hoop software where it would sometimes lose the motion sensor calibration.
There is a permanent fix for this! Install the latest version of the hoop software and the next time you calibrate the motion sensor it will never be able to lose calibration again.

3. Watch the video below.
4. Make sure to start the hoop flat on the ground before picking it up and doing the rotation.
5. Calibrate by holding the hoop in a few different positions, like in this video.
