How Can We Help?
Before boxing a hoop you’ll want to familiarize yourself with how to coil a hoop so you don’t accidentally break the tubing.

If you no longer have the box the hoop came in you can use two large, flat pieces of cardboard, approx 20″ x 20″ x 2”, and tape around the edges with the hoop inside.
Carefully coil the hoop down and use zip ties to fix it into place. We don’t recommend fully doubling the hoop over on itself.
You can also check and see if a local pizza place can give you a box to send your hoop in with.
For larger hoops, you may want to call ahead first to see if they have a box big enough to fit your coiled hoop.
We recommend adding tracking to your package, with optional insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
