Cailee Antu - Texas
Flow is not just a movement; it is an expression of who we are! My name is Cailee, but my close friends call me Cai or Cai Bear. I have been a part of the flow movement since 2018. My journey started at my very first rave back in my hometown. It was there that I met a girl who allowed me to play with her pixel whip, and ever since then, I have been hooked! Being a part of the flow movement has greatly impacted my life because I have met so many amazing and talented flow artists along the way. The entire flow community inspires each other, and I love how we share tips and tricks with each other. We truly are one big family! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for taking the time to read about me. As I always tell the people in my life: You are LOVED, you MATTER, and you DESERVE to be here! The world is a much brighter place because of you, keep on flowing!

My specialties with flow props are pixel whips and pixel fans. I love using these items, although I know that there is still so much for me to learn.
As for what I can contribute to the world of flow arts, I hope that my contribution is one that inspires others to pick up a flow prop and experience the joy that comes with it. My influence on the flow community, I believe, lies in encouraging people to give flow arts a shot and experience the beauty of flow themselves. I truly believe that there is a flow prop out there for everyone; it just takes exploring to discover what resonates with you.
What advice would you give to someone just starting their flow journey? Which tutorials or guiding principles helped you along the way?
**************************************************************************************************************************************************
For those just starting out on their flow journey, I would say that my advice is that anyone can flow! It's not about looking cool or having the skills to do the intricate moves. It's about moving to the music and expressing who you truly are. Some of the tutorials that I've found helpful in my own journey of becoming a better flow prop user have been the basic movements and just the joy of flowing.
My unique style in flow, as mentioned, involves fluid movements and creative expression, inspired by the many flow artists I have met on my journey thus far.
Do you have any flow related personal successes that you’d like to share?
*******************************************************************************
I have had my share of personal successes in my flow journey, one being that I am now part of the MoodHoops family.
Are you a part of a flow community or flow meet-up? Are there any local flow gatherings near you?
Do you teach, mentor or create tutorials? What does 2026 have in store for you? At which festivals/events/retreats can you be found over the summer and through the rest of the year?

I am not yet part of a flow troupe, but I do interact with the flow community, both near and far. Though I have not yet taught flow tutorials, I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with the flow community in the future. I also look forward to attending some great events, such as Ubbi Dubbi, Freaky Deaky, Seismic Dance Event, Teletech, and smaller shows at The Concourse Project. As to my plans in the coming year, 2026, I see this as my year to growth, where I hope to create some flow tutorials and inspire others to flow, sharing my joy and freedom with this beautiful art form.
