My specialties are sacred geometry and multi-hooping, but I also bring in elements of balance and traditional circus-inspired hoop tricks
I deeply love the flow community and all my flowmies — it's a beautiful family of movement and creativity.
Creating art is my passion, and sharing it through movement is my purpose.
The first time I held a hula hoop was in 2011, and from that moment, something awakened in me. I began exploring its movement slowly, intuitively — a self-taught journey that led me deeper into the flow arts and the vibrant hooping community.
As I continued, I discovered the world of multi-hooping and its beautiful connection to sacred geometry. This revelation transformed my path. I began crafting my own unique flow, creating signature movements and choreographies that reflect the divine patterns found in nature and the cosmos.
What started with six hoops has now expanded — I can dance with up to twelve, weaving shapes and sacred forms that feel like visual prayers, living mandalas in motion.
My best creation is #chrysalishooptrick ( you can check it out in IG) and all the variations, combined also balance tricks and more shapes with hoops
The hoops are my channel — a bridge between the physical and the energetic, between body and spirit. Through them, I connect to the Universe. The circle is a sacred symbol, and within it, I feel fully aligned, free, and infinite.
Over the years, I’ve performed at festivals across Europe, and in the past, I hosted hula hoop retreats in Mexico. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to travel the world with my hoops — performing, teaching, and even sharing my art with well-known and inspiring people.
From countless festivals to online and private hoop classes, this journey has been nothing short of magical. Ibiza is my home base, my sanctuary — but my path has also taken me to India, the Maldives, and many other stunning, soul-stirring places across the globe.
I feel so grateful and fulfilled for the life I’ve created — a life in movement, in connection, and in flow
