Signs your hoop may need to be charged:

  • Showing a random assortment of lights
  • Freezing on a pattern
  • Not responding to the remote
  • Switching to a less power consuming mode

    • The hoop will typically show these signs when the batteries need to be charged, before the hoop completely shuts off. If the issue persists after making sure your hoop is fully charged, please contact us and we’ll take the next step right away!
