Special Modes are unique and easy to use. The do not all have as many customizable settings as Motif and Spiral, but they respond to the color buttons and can be stored in save slots. Switching to a different mode will reset any temporary customizations you have made.
– Press a Color Button to make the entire hoop one color.
– Press the Fine Tune button to nudge the current color through the entire color wheel, reaching colors that don’t have their own button.
– Press the Rainbow Color button to cycle through a calming and hypnotic color wheel.
– Press a color button to change the color of the dot layer.
– Press the Galaxy button again to toggle off the dot layer, then press up to 2 colors to create a custom color gradient for the background layer.
– Press the Galaxy button again to toggle on the dot layer.
– Press any two Color Buttons to set the colors for the Spiral layer and background layer, otherwise the colors will continuously randomize.
– Each time the background layer fades out, the Spiral layer and background layer swap colors.
– You can press the Iso button to toggle the Spiral layer off and on.
– You can further edit the Spiral layer using the Spiral Control Menu.
– Add up to 4 colors in the Color Palette to customize bold, strobing blocks of color that create geometric flowers when spun.
– A special all-white Spiral chaser pattern.
– Add up to 4 colors to the Spiral.
– You can further edit the Spiral layer through the Spiral Control Menu.
