Remote Control Batteries

Both Remotes use a single Lithium Cell CR2025 3V battery. Replacement remote control batteries can be found on our website or locally wherever batteries are sold. If it seems like the hoop is not responding to one of the Remotes, usually the fix is to replace the battery.

You may have ordered your FutureHoop Pro with the non-removable battery build option. Since these batteries cannot be replaced without taking apart the hoop, extra care should be taken to ensure the longest possible life cycle for your batteries. Avoid fully draining the hoop batteries. Avoid leaving the hoop completely discharged for long periods of time. Avoid leaving your hoop in extremely hot temperatures, like the inside of a car in the summer.
