Yes, we accept Returns and Exchanges for unused merchandise. The policies are listed in detail below, but please use the Exchanges and Returns form to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return postage is paid by the customer and must be postmarked within 4 days of the Delivery Confirmation date and meet all our return policy terms, listed below.
A $15.00 Return/Exchange Fee must be supplied by the Customer. If you are exchanging, any additional costs due to a different size or color will be added onto your fee.
Refunds: If the returned hoop is accepted, we will refund the paid merchandise price to you, minus a $10 restock fee. $5 of your Return/Exchange Fee will be included in the refund amount back to you. Shipping is non-refundable. We can only issue refunds to the card/account that was used to make the purchase.
Determining if the merchandise is damaged is at our sole discretion. We cannot accept used or damaged merchandise for return or exchange. Scratched or scuffed tubing makes a hoop not eligible for return or exchange.
If you suspect the item might be coming back for a return, only use the hoop on carpet. We cannot accept returns that have scratched or kinked tubing, or tubing with dirt or sand inside.
You must contact us for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). In the RMA email we will discuss whether the merchandise is a return or an exchange and what steps will need to be taken.
All items received in the original package must be returned, including the hoop, battery and charger. The merchandise must be securely packaged in a box that will not allow the hoop to get kinked or damaged during shipment.
Custom hoops and Remix hoops are considered final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
New, unused Fire Wicks can be returned for a restock fee of $2.00 per each wick. There is a $15 restock fee if a Five Wick Fire Hoop is sent in for return.
Once a Five Wick Fire Hoop is received, we cannot exchange the size of the hoop included with the Five Wick Fire Hoop. A new hoop size can be purchased and the hoop included with the Five Wick Fire Hoop can be used as a practice hoop
Please understand that returns and exchanges are very costly for us, as our hoops are currently priced to pass all savings directly on to our customers. If you would like to return a hoop, all the above conditions must be fulfilled. We hope to make it so our customers love their hoop just as it is and don’t want to put it down
